Hon. Joshua Adejoh, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) House of Representatives candidate for Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro Federal Constituency, has expressed confidence that the party will successfully challenge the High Court judgment removing Senator David Mark as its National Chairman.
Adejoh described the judgment as unjustified, insisting that it would be appealed and eventually overturned. He also urged party members, supporters and political stakeholders across the constituency to remain steadfast and focused on the party’s political aspirations ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Reacting to the development, Adejoh declared that the judgment would not derail the ADC’s determination to achieve victory in 2027.
“Please, today’s High Court judgment removing Senator David Mark as the ADC Chairman can never hold. The judgment will be appealed and won. Don’t relent in your march towards victory in 2027,” he stated.
He further described the court decision as a distraction from what he called the truth and reality, urging party faithful not to allow the development to weaken their commitment or derail their political activities.
“The judgment is wrong and just a distraction from the truth and reality. Remain focused!” Adejoh added.
Adejoh Reaffirms Commitment to Quality Representation
Beyond the ongoing political and legal developments within the ADC, Adejoh reaffirmed his commitment to delivering quality representation and meaningful development to the people of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency.
He maintained that his political ambition is anchored on the desire to provide better representation, promote development and advance the interests of constituents across the three local government areas.
“Our mandate is to deliver a better Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro through quality representation, and that we shall do by the power of God and the support of the people,” he declared.
The ADC candidate called on party members and supporters to remain united, hopeful and committed to the collective vision of the party as political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He expressed optimism that the party would overcome its present challenges and remain focused on its electoral objectives.
For Adejoh, the message to ADC supporters is clear: remain united, stay focused and keep faith in the journey towards 2027.
